With the foundation of their previous logo, we embarked on a design journey, introducing a harmonious font pairing and an elegant colour palette. Beyond mere aesthetics, we were instrumental in shaping Block Living's brand voice. The statement, "Managing Blocks, Empowering Leaseholders," crystallised their ethos.
A deep dive into content curation was undertaken, including meticulous colour grading of stock images and organising a professional photoshoot of the brand's dynamic husband-wife director duo, all shot in the warmth of their abode. The brand revamp wasn't confined to digital. Social media assets, a myriad of internal documents, print materials, and more were all encapsulated in this overhaul.

The newly minted website and property management software were seamlessly integrated, ensuring residents and owners could effortlessly access their dedicated zones. Additionally, the website's CRM linkage ensured Block Living's lead management was streamlined and disruption-free. Currently, a promising project is underway: crafting an AI-powered intranet poised to further empower Block Living's internal brigade.
