All Call Group, comprising PropCall and AllCall, provides 24/7, 365 call answering and message-taking services across diverse sectors. As the company grew and expanded, they recognised the need for a strategic rebrand to sharpen their market presence and boost operational efficiency.

We partnered with AllCall Group to create distinct yet interconnected brand identities, reimagine their websites, and optimise their digital systems – all with a focus on driving conversions and enhancing their reputation as industry leaders.

A fresh approach to branding

The brand refresh began with creating unique identities for each service.

For AllCall, we embraced a dark theme that reflected their round-the-clock availability. With data revealing that most site visits occurred during evening hours, this design choice aligned with user behaviour and created a seamless experience during peak traffic times.

For PropCall, the branding struck a balance between professionalism and approachability, emphasising trust and reliability in their property-focused services.

To move away from the industry’s reliance on generic stock imagery, we organised professional photoshoots for both teams. These authentic images captured the real people behind the business, showcasing their commitment to transparency and human connection.

The result was a cohesive yet distinct brand presence that resonated across digital platforms and printed materials alike.

Award winning websites built to convert

With previous campaigns revealing low conversion and high bounce rates, we knew the websites needed a complete rethink.

The new identity was bold and rebellious, featuring graffiti-style fonts and dynamic colours. This vibrant design appealed to a broader, more diverse audience and distinguished All Call from its sister brand, Prop Call.

With its unique aesthetic and sales-driven build, the All Call website didn’t just look great – it also increased conversions and elevated their digital presence.
