A fresh face for the brand
We began by refreshing Andy’s brand identity, keeping the circular logo mark that had become a hallmark of his business, giving it a modern update. We paired this with a refined colour palette and a clean font to bring a fresh and sophisticated feel to the brand.
Designing a website that inspires trust
The new website was built with one key principle in mind: guiding users on a journey that matched their needs. Whether someone wanted to improve their sales strategy, refine their communication skills, develop leadership capabilities, or book Andy as a public speaker, the pathways were clear and intuitive.
To further enhance credibility, we created a dedicated Press Kit page for event organisers and journalists. This included an approved biography and a set of high-quality images, all carefully vetted by Andy and his team. By providing these resources upfront, we made it easier for organisers and the media to represent Andy accurately and professionally.
We also integrated compelling trust signals throughout the site to highlight Andy’s expertise and achievements, such as client testimonials, industry awards, and case studies. These elements weren’t just about impressing visitors – they were about solidifying credibility and helping potential clients feel confident in their decision to work with him.

To bring this into his digital ecosystem, we created a resources hub on the site, serving as a centralised library for his tips, tools, and insights.
Visitors could not only access this content but also sign up for his weekly newsletter, turning casual browsers into engaged members of Andy’s community.
Empowering the team with tools
As part of our work, we also prioritised efficiency for Andy’s team. We set them up with an in-house email marketing platform and provided full training, enabling them to run campaigns independently.
This not only saved them thousands of pounds a year in agency fees but also gave them greater control over their communications.
