Conversion Rate

A conversion rate is defined by the percentage of your website visitors who have completed a desired action (in most cases filling out a form). Your conversion rate is calculated by taking the total number of users who performed said action and dividing it by the total number of users who visited your website.

For example, if you’re tracking your website’s monthly conversion rate where you receive a total number of 1000 visitors in January and 50 of these visitors complete your desired action, your monthly conversion rate would be 5%.
